Several regions accross Europe will be buffeted by severe weather ranging from « exceptionally strong winds » to snow and freezing temperatures with the arrival of Storm Goretti on Thursday. The UK, France and Germany will bear the brunt of the storm, with Britain’s Met Office issuing a « rare » red wind warning for the Isles of Scilly and Cornwall in southwestern England.
