Ukraine’s key European allies on Tuesday signed security ​guarantees for ‍Ukraine, including the ​deployment of a multinational military ​force in the event of a peace deal with Russia. French President Emmanuel Macron said the agreement was a « significant step” that would dissuade further aggressions on Ukraine.
