Eurostar says the Channel Tunnel has partially reopened, allowing it to resume service after it suspended all trains between London, Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels earlier on Tuesday. The train provider said journeys could still be subject to delays and urged passengers to rearrange travel if possible.
