A gala organized in Paris by far-right association « Israel is Forever », which aimed to « mobilize French-speaking Zionist forces » and raise funds for Israeli armed forces, drew public outcry on Wednesday, inciting two pro-Palestine protests by in the French capital. French authorities said the event, which featured Israeli Finance Minister and ardent supporter of Israeli settlements Bezalel Smotrich in its guest list, posed « no threat to public order ».
