Manchester United and Everton are currently facing off in the day’s early Premier League kick-off.
The game is a must-win for both outfits but for very, very different reasons.
United headed into the game knowing they can gain some much-needed ground of the rest of the Champions League-chasing pack this weekend, whilst Everton need some sort of result to move clear of the relegation zone.
At the moment, it is Everton who are out in front. The Toffees started the game looking very nervous in front of a tense Goodison Park crowd.
However, it would be the home outfit who took the lead in the game after an Anthony Gordon effort from the edge of the box deflected in off Harry Maguire:
Anthony Gordon with a vital goal for Everton ?
A big deflection, but the Goodison Park crowd won’t care one bit, listen to that roar! pic.twitter.com/AkPtyTBF5Q

Wan-Bissaka criticised
And though Harry Maguire has been pretty awful for Manchester United this term, there was not too much he could have done about the goal.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka, on the other hand, as shown in the video above, could have done a much better job of closing Richarlison down in the build-up to the goal.
Instead, the full-back is pictured jogging back towards the Brazilian at a fairly slow pace.
In turn, the Englishman has come in for heavy criticism online, with just some of the reaction shown below:
Aaron Wan Bissaka had every chance to stop Richarlison from turning inside..
Why was he trotting back? Smh

Wan bissaka never sprints back, embarrassing

Surely not Wan Bissaka ambling back into position at a leisurely stroll when there’s a premier league game going on around him

Wan Bissaka jogging back, too many touches in midfield. No desire from overpaid frauds @ManUtd

I’m sorry but just look at Wan Bissaka “tracking back” for that goal. How is he a professional footballer?!

Wan Bissaka to lazy bum.
