Antonio Conte has been speaking about Tottenham new boy Dejan Kulusevski and more ahead of his side’s meeting with Burnley.

Tottenham’s next outing will see them face off with Burnley on Wednesday the 23rd of February.

The tie is a must-win for Spurs, as they look to gain some ground on the rest of the Europe-chasing sides.

Tottenham are currently three points behind both Arsenal and West Ham in the Premier League table. However, they do have three games in hand on the Hammers and three on Manchester United.

Burnley, meanwhile, have climbed off the bottom of the table following a 3-0 win over Brighton. But the Clarets have still won just two league games all season.

Antonio Conte on Dejan Kulusevski

Ahead of the clash with Burnley, Conte was asked about the Harry Kane and Heung-min Son partnership, which has become one of the must fruitful in Premier League history.

But when asked about Kane and Son, Conte was quick to praise other players, including Kulusevski who scored for Spurs vs Manchester City last weekend, claiming that the winger is ready for the Premier League:

“There’s a good connection between him and Harry,” Conte stated.

“But also don’t forget that Lucas Moura is an important player and now we have Dejan, Deki Kulusevski. He is young but he’s ready for this league. You have seen in a tough game that he can give us a lot this season.

“Then there is also Steven Bergwijn. He had a little problem before the game against Manchester City in his calf and now he has recovered. We have many games ahead and we will need all these players.”
