Phillipe Coutinho has been praised after the Aston Villa star netted a stunning goal for Brazil vs Paraguay.
Brazil were in World Cup qualifying action late on Tuesday. But the tie was of little importance to Brazil whose spot at Qatar 2022 is already firmly cemented, sitting four points above 2nd place Argentina and a full 14 above 3rd place Ecuador.
Despite this, Brazil still went on to dominate Paraguay, with Coutinho scoring the pick of the four goals on the day.

Following the game, Coutinho took to Instagram to post a picture with the caption: “Big win guys Thanks to everyone who supported us at the stadium today, the atmosphere was amazing.”
This, in turn, promoted Rodrygo, who also scored for Brazil vs Paraguay, to label the Aston Villa man as magic in the comment section of his picture:

Aston Villa vs Leeds
Coutinho and Aston Villa are now set to turn their attention to Leeds.
The Villains are not in action this weekend due to the FA Cup, but will face Leeds on Wednesday the 9th in the Premier League.
After Coutinho came off the bench for Villa to score on his debut vs Manchester United, Steven Gerrard and co. are no doubt expecting the former Liverpool man to keep up his goal-scoring form vs the Whites in a week’s time.
