Viewers of the meeting between Arsenal and Liverpool this evening have taken to social media in numbers, to take aim at a key member of the former’s squad.
Mikel Arteta’s troops are of course locked in action at present.
After standing tall in the face of adversity in the prior clash between the sides last week, the Gunners, on Thursday, welcomed Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool to the Emirates, for the 2nd-leg of their Carabao Cup semi-final showdown.
As things stand this time round, however, things are not progressing quite as positively for the hosts.
Late in the first-half of action, it is Liverpool who boast the advantage, owing to a moment of brilliance from Diogo Jota:

‘What is he doing?’
Whilst most have since attributed Arsenal going behind simply to a piece of class on the part of the aforementioned Jota, though, others have opted to take aim at one Gunners star in particular, for his role in Liverpool opening the game’s scoring.
The individual in question? Aaron Ramsdale.
Evidently, despite the shot-stopper having been unsighted, and wrong-footed by Jota’s strike, many feel as though he should have reacted more swiftly, with just some of the roundup from across social media showcased below:

Surprised Ramsdale didn’t do a cartwheel and save that. Loves a camera. Jota is mad
