\n\tYG<\/a> has agreed to a multi-album partnership deal with BMG under his 4Hunnid record label, it was announced today (April 3).\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cBMG is making big waves in the industry right now,\u201d YG tells\u00a0Billboard<\/em>. \u201cThis partnership will take my music to new heights. The BMG team understands the vision for my music and business. Excited for what\u2019s to kome and the future of my brand.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tDuring his six-album run, YG previously called Def Jam Recordings and Epic Records home. Within that span, YG found success, notching four Hot 100 top 20 hits, most notably 2013\u2019s \u201cMy Hitta\u201d and 2016\u2019s \u201cBig Bank.\u201d He also churned out five Billboard 200 top 10 albums, with his best opening week coming in 2014 with his debut album,\u00a0My Krazy Life<\/em>.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cOur partnership with YG isn\u2019t just about music; it\u2019s about expressing his voice, embracing his vision, supporting his entrepreneurship, and helping amplify his next movement,\u201d says Tim Reid<\/strong>, BMG svp of repertoire & marketing.\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tFor the last three years, YG has been busy churning out music. In 2021, he released his collaborative album Kommunity Service<\/em> with Mozzy. The following year, he dropped his solo effort, I Got Issues<\/em>. In 2023, he returned once again and partnered with Tyga to release\u00a0Hit Me When U Leave the Klub: The Playlist<\/em>. The 14-track offering featured Lil Wayne, Busta Rhymes and Blxst.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
