\n\tFlav got the \u201cFlowers\u201d singer\u2019s attention and she was ecstatic that she was being called by her name rather than Gwen Stefani\u2019s<\/a>, whom Flav typically mixed her up with.<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cYou know it\u2019s me?! I made it,\u201d Cyrus replied in shock. \u201cYou don\u2019t think I\u2019m Gwen Stefani anymore? You used to call me \u2018Gwen\u2019 every time I saw you!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\u201cI know,\u201d he admitted as the two went on to snap a few photos together. Miley added: \u201cYou know what time it is!\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tFlavor Flav had some fun with the heartfelt exchange when jokingly referring to Cyrus as the \u201cHollaback Girl\u201d artist on X.<\/p>\n
