\n\tDoja Cat<\/a> just brought Scarlet <\/em>to BBC Radio 1. The latest artist to stop by the Live Lounge, Doja performed two tracks off her new album, Scarlet<\/em>, as well as a sultry cover of Hiatus Kaiyote\u2019s \u201cRed Room.\u201d For both \u201cRed Room\u201d and her own red-themed track, Billboard Hot 100<\/a> No. 1 single \u201cPaint the Town Red,\u201d the 28-year-old rapper and her band stood shrouded in deep crimson mist.<\/p>\n

\n\tAs for her third song, \u201cAgora Hills\u201d \u2014 which has so far peaked at No. 18 on the Hot 100 \u2014 Doja looked angelic in a lacy white top and matching furry jacket, backdropped by blue lighting. Throughout her performances, a red Solo cup sat next to her on a small side table.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe Thursday (Oct. 26) Live Lounge performance comes just over a month after the \u201cSay So\u201d musician dropped Scarlet<\/em>, which debuted at No. 4 on the Billboard 200<\/a>. The record\u2019s standout single \u201cPaint the Town Red\u201d not only notched Doja her second ever No. 1 on the Hot 100, but also extended her record<\/a> for most Pop Airplay<\/a> chart-toppers. <\/p>\n

\n\tDoja\u2019s latest performance wasn\u2019t the first time \u201cPaint the Town Red\u201d has been sung at the Live Lounge this month. Former Little Mix star Leigh-Anne Pinnock made her solo debut on the BBC Radio 1 series Oct. 10 and covered the smash hit<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn other Doja news, the Grammy winner recently celebrated her birthday, getting the ultimate gift from Usher last week when the R&B crooner serenaded her <\/a>directly at one of his My Way Las Vegas residency concerts. As Usher held her hand, Doja assisted him in singing his hit \u201cThere Goes My Baby,\u201d after which Usher said, \u201cDoja Cat, ladies and gentlemen.\u201d<\/p>\n
