\n\tAmy Taylor, the fearless frontwoman of Amyl and The Sniffers<\/a>, has filed a lawsuit against an award-winning American photographer who she claims sold photos from a magazine shoot without permission.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn papers filed with a California district court, Taylor\u2019s reps accuse Jamie Nelson\u00a0of unauthorized commercial exploitation of images originally snapped for Vogue Portugal.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n\tThe photos, part of the so-called \u201cChampagne Problems\u201d series, were published in July 2025, and have been shared widely on social media. However, prints remain for sale through Nelson\u2019s website, with prices ranging from $1,500 up to $3,600, reduced from $4,000.<\/p>\n

\n\tThe series is a \u201cvisual dialogue between two kindred spirits,\u201d reads Nelson\u2019s\u00a0page, both \u201cfiercely embodying defiance, glamour, and authenticity.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\tThe shoot took place at Nelson\u2019s \u201ciconic vintage pink palace in Los Angeles,\u201d and captures Taylor\u2019s take-no-prisoner\u2019s punk spirit, and wicked sense of Aussie humor.<\/p>\n
