Jules Kounde.<\/p>\n<p>French international Kounde was of course widely expected to make the move to Stamford Bridge last summer, amid lengthy negotiations between the respective boards at Chelsea and La Liga outfit Sevilla.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, however, the former saw their efforts come up short, as Sevilla stood firm in their demands that the club\u2019s star defender\u2019s release clause be paid in full.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">Sevilla sport director Monchi: \u201cJules Kound\u00e9 has chances to leave the club if some club will pay the release clause.
