\n\t\tMental Health Support\t<\/h2>\n

\n\tMexican star\u00a0Alejandro Fern\u00e1ndez announced that a portion of proceeds from every ticket sold on his\u00a0\u2018De Rey a Rey\u2019<\/em>\u00a0U.S. and Canada tour will be donated to\u00a0Backline<\/a>, a nonprofit organization dedicated to mental health and wellness\u00a0support for music industry professionals and their families. According to a press release issued by Live Nation, who is behind this upcoming tour, this partnership will \u201cspecifically help expand Backline\u2019s services and reach within the Latino music community\u2014an area often underserved by mental health resources.\u201d <\/p>\n

\n\tThe \u2018De Rey a Rey\u2019 Tour is tribute to Fern\u00e1ndez\u2019s iconic father, Vicente Fern\u00e1ndez. The stint kicks off this Saturday, May 10 at Seattle\u2019s WAMU Theater at Lumen Field. See the dates here<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Beto and Payo arrived to the hospital with flowers and spent time with Leyla, taking selfies, dancing and FaceTiming other Grupo Frontera members. \u201cThank you for this beautiful surprise,\u201d she captioned the sweet video posted on Instagram<\/a>. <\/p>\n

\n\t\tJay Wheeler Honors Mom\t<\/h2>\n

\n\tA new song for mom. Puerto Rican star Jay Wheeler unveiled \u201cMejor Que T\u00fa\u201d \u2014 which replaced \u201cTrack Loading\u201d on his album Girasoles<\/em>. The previously-hidden track on his eighth studio LP honors the dedication, guidance, and perseverance of the woman who inspired him to become the man he is today. <\/p>\n

\n\t\u201c\u2018Mejor Que T\u00fa\u2019 is personally one of three very special tracks on this album,\u201d Wheeler said in a statement. \u201cIt\u2019s a very special song dedicated to my mom. To me, my mom has always been a true warrior and someone whom I\u2019ve always admired. Although I admire many members of my family, I feel that my mom represents what I am today \u2014 the strength, values, and the love I possess and project today, is because of her.\u201d<\/p>\n
