Ralf Rangnick has been speaking to the press on Friday afternoon ahead of Manchester United\u2019s next outing.<\/p>\n

United will face off with Frank Lampard\u2019s Everton in Saturday\u2019s early Premier League fixture.<\/p>\n

When conducting his latest pre-match press conference, one of the main topics up for discussion for Rangnick was team news.<\/p>\n

And it proved of a fairly mixed nature for the Red Devils, as whilst Cristiano Ronaldo is back available, Luke Shaw, Raphael Varane, Scott McTominay and Edinson Cavani are all still injured:<\/p>\n

\u201cCristiano is back again,\u201d Rangnick said<\/a> on Friday. \u201cLuke is still injured. He will be out for the next two or three weeks. Cavani is still injured, Varane is still injured and the same is true with McTomiany I\u2019m afraid.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

Everton vs Manchester United<\/h2>\n

It seems obvious, but Saturday\u2019s game is a must-win for Manchester United if they are to stand any chance of resurrecting their top-four hopes.<\/p>\n

The Red Devils are currently 7th<\/sup> in the Premier League. However, a win on Saturday would, temporarily at least, draw them level on points with both Tottenham and Arsenal.<\/p>\n

And as Arsenal\u2019s season looks to be on the ropes after two major injuries, and Spurs are, well, Spurs, Man United could therefore yet mount a late charge for 4th<\/sup> if they are able to find some form.<\/p>\n

As for Everton, the possibility of relegation this term is now very much a reality after the Blues blew a 2-1 lead to slip to defeat to Burnley in midweek.<\/p>\n

The Toffees head into gameweek 31 sitting 17th<\/sup> in the Premier League, only one point clear of the drop zone and now with no games in hand on 18th<\/sup>-placed Burnley.<\/p>\n
