\n\tChappell Roan is taking the stage to perform at the 33rd Annual Elton John AIDS Foundation Academy Awards Viewing Party, the organization announced on Tuesday (Jan. 7).<\/p>\n
\n\tThe event, which takes place on March 2 is co-hosted by\u00a0Elton John, David Furnish,\u00a0Jean Smart,\u00a0Sheryl Lee Ralph,\u00a0Neil Patrick Harris and\u00a0David Burtka, and raises funds in support of the foundation\u2019s efforts to end AIDS and LGBTQ+ stigma.\u00a0All funds raised during the event will support the Foundation\u2019s partners in preventing HIV transmissions and discrimination, while expanding education and providing care to vulnerable communities. Since its inception in 1992, the Viewing Party has raised nearly $115 million.<\/p>\n
\n\tAdditionally, the event spotlights a star-studded Benefit Chair and Committee, including Megan Thee Stallion, Hozier, Sharon Stone, Sean Penn, Mick Jagger and\u00a0Jeffrey Wright.\u00a0<\/p>\n
